Touching Lives
We have an active medicine donation program, through which we provide direct support to those people and communities that need it most: including low-income groups, displaced persons, children with life-threatening illnesses, and patients without sufficient medical coverage.

Addressing Medicines Shortages during COVID-19 Pandemic
We have addressed consistently throughout the COVID-19 pandemic the global medicines shortages by altering the manufacturing schedules to prioritize the production of medicines in short supply that hospitals need the most. We have also used our smart-tech Supply approach to address the essential medicines shortages at hospitals and health centers, a result of restrictions and difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
A Hub for a Healthier World
We consider access to medicine to be one of our highest sustainability priorities. Through this intuitive, we help low-income countries by sharing with them the burden of costs and tasks in the production and delivery of medicines that will save millions of lives.

Inclusive Diversity
Throughout 2021, we worked to reinforce our values and ensure they are reflected in our strategy, practices, and policies. Shaping our culture and equipping our people with the right tools to be at their best continues to be of absolute importance. To this end, we evolved our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, which supports diversity and inclusion initiatives, such as our new employee resource groups program, and continued to invest in upskilling our people through a number of hybrid learning and development programs.
